This layer represents the parking meter area where on street parking meters are in use in downtown Bloomington, Indiana that are enforced by the Parking Services division of the City of Bloomington Public Works Department.

This map data layer represents the zoning district boundaries for the City of Bloomington, Indiana as defined through the City's zoning ordinance. The most recent comprehensive zoning ordinance is the May 17, 2020 Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Map amendmentswere made effective May, 2021. Updates through amendments to the zoning ordinance are applied as approved by the City Council.

The Emergency Medical Service (EMS/Ambulance) Dispatch Zones define unit response areas for medical ambulance services within Monroe County, Indiana. They were created for use within the Spillman computer aided dispatch (CAD) software used by Central Dispatch. At this time there is only one ambulance service included, IU Health Emergency Medical Transport Service (IUEMTS)

This layer contains on street parking restrictions as stated in the City of Bloomington, Indiana Municipal Code or by temporary order from the City Engineer. The parking restrictions are recorded by restriction type which include: Bus Zone, Combination Parking Zones with multiple restrictions, No Parking Anytime, No Parking Posted Times, and Time Restricted Parking. Accessible parking locations, parking meters and residential permit parking zones restrictions are not included in this layer, but are represented in the Parking Spaces, Downtown Parking Meter Zone, and Neighborhood Permit Parking Zones layers.

This layer contains an inventory of on street parking spaces that are monitored by the Parking Services division of the City of Bloomington, Indiana Public Works Department. These spaces are located in the core downtown area and are identified by general type category including accessible spaces, loading zones, metered spaces, no parking, permit spaces, reserved spaces, time restricted spaces, spaces with no restrictions, and other restricted spaces.

This layer contains location of individual parking meter within the City of Bloomington, Indiana. It includes active and former meters and relates to the Parking Spaces dataset for additional information about the parking space type.

The Fire Dispatch Zones define agency and station response areas for Fire Districts within Monroe County, Indiana. They were created for use within the Spillman computer aided dispatch (CAD) software used by Central Dispatch. Fire Dispatch Zones are also used to further characterize a service area or locations on a district by district basis.
