This map data layer represents the zoning district boundaries for the City of Bloomington, Indiana as defined through the City's zoning ordinance. The most recent comprehensive zoning ordinance is the May 17, 2020 Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). Map amendmentswere made effective May, 2021. Updates through amendments to the zoning ordinance are applied as approved by the City Council.

This layer contains on street parking restrictions as stated in the City of Bloomington, Indiana Municipal Code or by temporary order from the City Engineer. The parking restrictions are recorded by restriction type which include: Bus Zone, Combination Parking Zones with multiple restrictions, No Parking Anytime, No Parking Posted Times, and Time Restricted Parking. Accessible parking locations, parking meters and residential permit parking zones restrictions are not included in this layer, but are represented in the Parking Spaces, Downtown Parking Meter Zone, and Neighborhood Permit Parking Zones layers.
