The AccessAbility Decal program is a project of the Council for Community Accessibility (CCA) to recognize local businesses that are accessible to persons with disabilities.
This layer represents the removed building footprint geometry in the City of Bloomington. These buildings have been removed from the city's footprint dataset throughout the history of GIS and may act as a useful reference.
