COVID-19 Recovery Funding Grant Recipients

The AccessAbility Decal program is a project of the Council for Community Accessibility (CCA) to recognize local businesses that are accessible to persons with disabilities.

This layer is used by public works to track current and previous year's street paving.

Public contracts with the City of Bloomington since 2018.

Road, sidewalk, parking and other location-relevant municipal events (noise permits, and more). This information is published by Bloomington's inRoads application on the web, to email lists (public, businesses and press), and through multiple open data formats. Data may also include roads events originating from non-Bloomington sources such as Indiana University, Monroe County Government and INDOT.

The City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) in cooperation with the Indiana Finance Authority is participating in a monitoring program which tests wastewater for coronavirus. From August through December of 2020, wastewater professionals from CBU collected samples three times each week at eight sites across Bloomington, including each of the two wastewater treatment plants. Throughout 2021 samples have been collected from the two wastewater treatment plants. Testing of those samples is conducted by multiple private, independent laboratories in an effort to gauge viral prevalence in the community.
